Shipping Policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping/Services: 1 to 15 business days

International Shipping/Services: 7 to 30 business days



Delivery Timelines: We expect the product/services to be delivered within 7-14 days from shipping date for domestic and 14-21 days for international.

It takes nearly 14-21 days for product/services to be delivered from the date when order is placed for domestic and 21-28 days in case of international.

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for both domestic as well as internation shipping/services offered by SMH Trading Corporation.

For simple flat rate shipping/Services: Not Applicable.

Free local delivery is available for orders within 1 km. For orders over 1 km, we charge $5 for local delivery.

International Shipping/Services are caculated based on Country and Location and can be anywhere between $100 to $500.

Deliveries are made from 11 AM to 11 PM on all days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
